Shipping and return
SHIPPING
Delivery costs are calculated during the ordering procedure.
The order information will be sent to the email address specified during the ordering process.
The orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information.
RETURN POLICY
You may return any purchase for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery by contacting us by email at usa@epldiamond.com. Please attach photos of your order and provide us with the reason for the return.
Please note that all returns are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including but not limited to re-sizing) cannot be accepted. EPL Diamond reserves the right to refuse return of any item that does not meet the above return requirements. You will be refunded for the returned products only, the order insurance and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Your refund will be credited back to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase within three (3) weeks once the returned products are received and passed our quality insurance inspection.
When returning your order, please ensure that the tag is attached to the product.
